    People from the UK are now not allowed to transit through Changi airport to believe,  so maybe Doha have done the same?

Have you still got the option of the Sydney flight?  It’s just that I saw on another site someone due to fly on the 15th of April with Qatar that had flight cancelled today with  the offer of business class flight to Perth as only option as replacement!! 
    They were told there’s nothing else available. They were a family of 5 so more difficult to accommodate.  I not sure how you are feeling but my stress levels would be through the roof if I was you 😔.

    Just stumbled upon this page, after searching for help. We are March end 2016 application for 143 visa. Applicants are offshore, did AOS back in March 2020. Additional docs requested supplied mid 2020. But since then we did not hear back anything. Getting no reply from PVC. Is someone in similar boat? Our docs about to expire. Bit unfair for us to have to pay everything all over again. 

    I was mid March 16. I supplied all info by end of Feb 20 beg Mar 20. 2nd vac request Nov 20.paid 2nd vac mid Jan 21  

    I’m onshore and as we now have the concession of not having to fly out to activate they have extended police check by 3 mths and medical by 6mths. 


    I would email again about 5-6 weeks before checks expire asking if you need new HAP ID for medical. You use the same number I believe but it might get you a reply!! Maybe when they have granted our visas which is supposed to be from 24 Mar they will know how many places are left for this financial year.(they probably already know!)

    Was about to post his also. It does mention enquiry into long delays. The Greens are also lobbying for this!  Even if they only increase the numbers each year from this, it will be a start!
