Is that your friend got visa refuse or nomination rejected?

You don't need birthcertificate. Only update tour passport .DOB on the passort and they accept passport as a birth proof or 10th marksheet

This is my timeline. 07 2015 DEC Nom & Visa applied 02 Aug nom approved & no document requested . 03 Visa document requested (AFP AND MEDICAL FOR MY WIFE .) DOCUMENT SUBMIT-23-8-2016. 28 days complete.TUESDAY Status-ASSESSMENT IN PROGRESS . HOW LONG HAVE TO WAIT ??????????? COME ON IMMI EVERYDAY WE ARE THINKING TODAY ,TOMORROW,VISA GRANT BUT STILL WAIT. No it's not true. I think your MA didn't attached before in your nomination that's why he or she filled now. Immi never send email like that

hello just apply birth certificate then apply passport .when you will be get both document then add another applicant in your application just make sure talk to your MA he or she will do it. and main thing you don't need to apply 457 visa and anything else .your baby will be get it straight way Bridging visa which one parent's have on that time. just make sure your baby need to do medical as well from authorized doctor like bupa health medical center .immigration will be not accept any certificate from GP and other doctor.
