Thank you for that, we do plan to move to Aus as soon as it comes through Fingers crossed we hear back in December and be there for christmas, sucks waiting!!

Well i'm the sponsor and currently my partner and I are living in NZ (He is on a working visa, waiting for 309 to come through to go to Oz) we have updated our information to our CO before we left with new address and contact details etc, and our 12 month mark will be 11/12/15 and was wondering do I have to get a police check or anything from living in Australia & UK? Sorry for not really explaining myself.
