As far as i know the causes of delay (around 28 days): 1) if nominations docs requested 2) ielts expired or not provided english proof 3) medical was done 4) AFP/PCC expired or not submitted feel free to add in case of anything I missed..

Don't worry, even immi ask about your mother by email/phone then simply explain the situations.... this will not delay ur application.

Incase immi ask extra docs from nomination then i'm afraid it will cause. But brighter side if they happy with your nominations which was submitted then it won't affect... hold you breath tight and pray to god.....

Guys please don't send more emails to DIBP.... this may cause delay due to replying individual emails rather than working on ur applications.

Please note: if immi says we move to "late june to early July" that means they allocating only it doesn't mean they processed.

I’m praying to God to get your visa granted by end of this week to all those who applied June 2015 and start soon July applications. Hopefully tomorrow onward immi offices will start showering visas. All the best guys J

It's better to no request any docs/no contact rather than asking more docs... it's simply means you will hear good news very soon... (be optimistic)

May be they allocated your file to specific CO.

past is past, at-least you have take an appointment... Keep it mind: incase co assigned and ask for your medical then provide him/her medical receipt.... so most probably they will keep you on hold till finalized (may be 5-6 days) otherwise they will keep you on hold 28 days.

I strongly recommend you to do it medicals as early as possible because this is mandatory... based on your visa lodged your very close. medical will take around 10 days to finalise. if CO asks then might possibly they will put you on hold till 28 days....

Hey stacyk.... i guess you will get soon (May be end of this week or tomorrow) One of my colleague got PR on 13th nov.. Timelines: Nomin lodged : 18 Mar Nomi granted: 19 Jun Visa lodged: 22 Jun visa granted: 13 Nov
