When I said "No rights to push them" that means we under the streamline within 6-8 month batch, hence we can't push them to do it ASAP. Ofcourse, if more than 6-8 months we haven't heard anything then we have rights to push them to look for it soon.

We have no rights to push them they will do it as per their convenient. We can ask about visa status. My advice is better to wait till our turn. You can send an email and ask for the updates, however they will respond you as a standard/templet reply

Form 80 is not mandatory it's depend of CO..... if you traveled more than 2 countries then CO probably requested for the form 80. Plz ask your MA that "why don't you attach the docs while submitting visa?"

For nomination your MA is right your not allow, however for visa you definitely get it as you already paid for it. if he still not share with you your application number then go to Obusmen and complaint agaist your MA.

I understand your frustrations.... but look at the positive side they do not requested anything extra docs yet... that means all the file you sent they are ok/perfect (no require any more docs). simply waiting max end of this week...
