Hai friends I have a query please answer it for me I am on RSMS visa as chef i got my visa on 10 dec 2015 and i am still working with same employer.i have contract till 10dec 2017 I applied for citizenship as i am eligible last december after completion one year.its still in processing Now my employer wants to sponsor another employee on 457 visa as chef . Do you recon he will get the visa ? Or as i am still working as chef it will effect them ?? Thanks Kind regards Sam

Got my PR TODAY MORNING Applied nom on 23rd feb Visa on 27th feb ..nom grant on august 19th Extra docs sub for visa on july 27th. Waited long .... But today we heard good news ...me and my partner are PERMANENT RESIDENTS....CHEERS ... wish everyone good luck who is waiting for your visa.. So sorry to hear that....even myself i m so stressed about this rsms . But lil bit relief that i got my 487 approved 2 weeks back..so i am calling my partner on visitor visa. Hope they finalise our visas soon

No idea man...i have been waiting aswell.7months passed visa lodged 43 days passed nomi approved ..more than 2 months submitted req docs..
