I have completed test 2 months ago and wait is going on and on...!!!. A lot of pending applications after the Test in June. Change of rules and short staff may be the reason as there is a generalised pattern of pending applications from June test onwards.

Hi, I called 26 July last time. They said you already called twice and the status is same. Therefore I did not call afterwards

Yes- Around 50% applicants received approval letter so after after our test, so we are in normal time..!! I guess, it is a generalised issue. So finger crossed. Hopefully, you will get ceremony date by Nov or Dec max

A lot of applicants who appeared in test June or July are still waiting for the approval letter. I guess the applications are in a queue to be allocated to Case officers.

Generally, they don't check ATO. I know some people who got citizenship who never paid any tax or applied for tax return.

Looks like a universal delay...!!

It looks like, the files are pending due to changes of rules and they are not allocated to anybody and are still in the queue. This is my idea as a lot of people who wrote test in June are still pending. ? What do you think @Elliot Tsao

I called 3 times in last 1 week as it is already the 5th week. I appeared 23 June. The operator was quite rude and she said you called many times, which is actually not true. They said your case is within 16 months so it is within processing time. I am not sure as if this operator actually see your file?, I came to know that they keep track of your previous calls. What should I do now? Anyone else have the same experience?
