Passed 23 june no response. I called immi and lady replied the status is same as last time you called a week ago. In processing. It is frustrating.

Apparently, there is a generalised delay in approval letter dispatching. Most likely due to a lot of pending applications.

One applicant got approval letter who appeared test on 1 June, 01 Jun 2017 09 Jun 2017

You are not alone in this situation. Many applicants are waiting for the letter.

I think, give them a call early morning around 8:30 as that will reduce waiting period and give them a reminder

through post due to legal requirement Perth is quick, it is bit unusual for WA

I am in third week... post test

I think it is because of 81000 pending applications. They don't have enogh staff to process these applications. They may not be "working on file" but waiting 4 someone to allocate the case. In January to march this year maximun time from test date to approval date was 5 days. In April after the change of rules the applications started piling up. Maximum time in Melbourne is 42 days and 63 days in nsw.

I called dibp , they said that they are still working on our (me and my partner) file. The decision has not been made as of today. Test 23 June.
