  3. I think AussieGirl was keeping a spread sheet, but haven't seen it recently.
  4. @snifter, does straight to PR only happen if your married, or does defacto come into it also? My Australian OH and I have 4 children between us, we are planning to tie the knot, but when we are in Australia. Cheers MT
  5. Oh, just realised yours was granted yesterday, bloody hell, that's awesome, we might still be December hopefully, that's great news for Christmas, bet the family as ecstatic...........I had Christmas 2011 sat on Miami Beach cooking snags and kangaroo kebabs and Prawns, then I done Roast Beef, Yorkshire Puds and Spuds for the evening. :-)
  6. Thank you W2G, I can't wait tbh, I've done so much home work, but it's all been off the back of advise on here, I can't imagine tackling this massive excersize without help.............I don't think I could have done it without this help, even though my OH is Australian! Roll on December, we have a court case for my stepson to leave jurisdiction also, going to be busy!! Cheers MT
  7. I have VF also, fingers crossed, I'm not expecting until December. Congratulations
  8. We applied in March also Kate, same situation as us, all four of my kids and OH have Australia citizenship/passports. I was hoping to be December/January notification, the only thing holding us back is dogs rabies jabs! :-) Cheers MT
  9. I think it proves you still hold an Australian Passport and have indefinite leave to remain (the new name is 'No Time Limit') visa in UK, if you take UK citizenship the ILR (NTL) will be superseded by your new British Passport...............I'm not 100%, there are more knowledgable people on here that might add to this post.
  10. We had a similar issue, OH passport was destroyed with her ILR stamp within. My CO came back and advised she had to prove she hasn't taken British Citizenship whilst living here in the UK for the last 20yrs. We had to apply for Biometric Card to prove she still holds her Australian residency, as she is the sponsor for my visa. The Biometric Card arrived today after about 3 months, and after a visit to a Post Office that completes Retina Scans! Another item off the check list!!! Cheers MT
  11. It was on there previously, must of been deleted, I've added it again, does this now work? Cheer MT
  12. I am sure I added all my visa details to my signature, can you not see them? Cheers MT
  13. I lodged same time as @CameronsDad and @Annaleis, CO is VF............medical and police submitted 2-3 weeks ago, just sat here reading this post, and counting down the days really...........Oh, and dealing with a C100 in-between, just for added pressure! ;-)
  14. You are correct, I have had to find out what the details are, it's back in 1994, I had forgotten about it tbh, it's was a mate MOT'd my car, and when it came to it, the document was dodgy, and because it was my car, I copped it................I spoken to my Agent, he's not worried, but asked for the public access record to be show them when they ask for more details. Cheers MT
  15. Just had my Police report back, I was crapping it tbh, had a few nights in some cells in my younger days, came back with 'no live trace' which is good enough I think! :-)
