Lodged subclass 309 Feb 2015 Granted October 2015 Arrived in Australia December 2015 Lodged subclass 100 Feb 2017 Patiently waiting... driving us insane. Application on Immi account states not allocated, is this normal? We applied before changes within this years 2017 budget which took affect july 2017.. -
Yes we applied offshore for the 309 as we where in the UK then December 2015 is when we where granted temporary 309 visa, now applied for permanent residency, its such a ball ache haha.. Thanks though

We applied offshore for the 309 in 2015 (through post)- then received the email to apply for 100 in Feb to apply all information online so no agent as we are both living in Australia now- we didnt need to do the Medical this time around as my partner is from the UK. Myself and partner applied 3 months ago, and have just seen a lot of the changes in regards to the "Fantastic" 2017 Aus budget (hint of sarcasm) and that subclass 100 visa's will be effected- stressing about the processing time as it's passed the 3 months mark for us now - 3 months and 1 day (patience is not a strong point) wondering if these will effect the processing time if already in que?

We are currently residing in Oz already, my partner is currently 309 provisionary visa, (hopefully for not too long) we applied offshore though, his from the UK and im OZ.
