  1. Can any advise on the following. once a 300 or 100 has been granted and you have to go for the initial entry, does applicant and sponsor need to go? The reason I'm asking this is that we are not moving till 2017 , but visa will be granted hopefully feb 2016 and my wife will have to activate her visa on an initial entry , can she just go on her own or do I the sponsor need to go with her or be in Australia.
  2. We needed to send a few more bits of paperwork with regards to the children on the application ;-)

  5. We are going to have another good look tonight and increase what we have already sent in . Just printed off more Gas & electric bills , Mobile phone bills, also a few more annual statements from different financial companies. Do you think its worth sending in stuff like car insurance documents,I mean we have one each for our cars but we are both named on each others ?? or do they just want things that you get on a monthly basis? The mobile phone bills we have for yrs at the same address , but are in individual names are these ok to send ?
  6. Everything we have needed to have in Joint names is in joint names like all HMRC stuff, council tax everything to do with any government agency. Btw did you have all your utility bills in joint names?
  7. With reference to the mortgage & utility bills , there is no legal requirement that a couple living together or a husband & wife has to have these in joint names. Most couples don't have all utility bills in joint names as there is no need. We have full proof that all household bills come out of a joint account, whether or not they are in joint or individual names. Thxs for your help
  8. Hi & thxs for the reply, we have submitted everything we have. The issue we have is the mortgage is in my partners name as I sold mine when we moved in together & there was no need to rearrange another mortgage. Also utility bills are genral only put into one persons name, there is no legal requirement that they have to be in joint names. We have sent the following in Joint names: bank statements, Council tax, Child Tax Credits, Child Benefit . The water bill, gas , electric & mobile phones are in in individual names and these are online accounts in one name, but they all state the direct debit is from our joint account showing both names. We have sent in individual documents like the following which show our addresses on ,Drivers licences, bank statements, credit card statements, letters from insurance companies, HMRC tax letters & notices, End of year tax returns, my Australian bank account is registered at my uk address so I have submitted that as well. We have also sent in proof where we have transferred money to each others accounts to cover all household expenses, proof that all bills come from joint account with full direct debit history. The range of documents cover a 4 year period. (This is what a meant by a few) Water bill, council tax bill , child tax credits, child benefit are all yearly bills so we only get one a year, we have submitted bank statements for a full year (every other month ), same with utility bills a years worth but random months (5/6 months off each) Just at a loss now what else we could send in ;-(
  9. Hello all We have just received the first response below from the case officer is this just a standard letter ??? we are just a bit concerned about Section 1 below: You have not provided sufficient evidence regarding your relationship with your sponsor. we have sent in everything possible we have, like All Joint bank account statements , Utility Bills etc etc , plus we have sent in all individual financial stuff aswell this is what it states we can submit as evidence, we have only submitted a few months worth do they want to see more or is this just a standard letter everyone gets???
