Visa granted today! Subclass 100 and less than 8 months ... Over the moon anyone else got theirs today?

Hi We will moving over to Australia in March in 2017 the following year I will be 55 and want to take advantage of the 25% lump sum from my Uk work pension couple of questions does anyone know .. if I love the pension can I still do this at age 55 or am I better leaving it in the UK and if I do that what are the implications when I do move it? I don't want to have to wait until I'm in my sixties :-( thanks

Hi we have been quoted that for one meduim size cocker spaniel but that's is everything part from the qurantine which is looking like another £1k -
I got the bank to do a counter cheque and posted it to London with my application there were no charges for that

Hi does anyone know if you got any kind if receipt for your money? My cheque was cashed within 2 days of sending everything manual to London and that was 11th may not heard a sausage yet? If so was it an email or receipt by post? Thanks all

Hi I have finally submitted my subclass 100 spouse visa and sent a bankers draft as payment. I sent it to the London office over a week ago. How long before I will get any type of acknowledgment ? With it being a bankers draft I am unsure if the cheque has also been cashed. I am far too impatient and just need to know it's being looked at :arghh: Any feedback much appreciated to help cure my impatience :-) x

Hi could anyone please offer any advice please my son in law is wanting to move to Oz with his wife and 2 children. He currently has his own building company and is a carpenter by trade the question is in what order does he do things? Does he do the assessment and then the visa? Or us there anything else he should be doing. As much help as possible would really be appreciated thanks in advance x

Hi does anyone know how long the spouse visa is taking at the moment? Subclass 100- we have been together 15 years and married almost 13 so not anticipating any problems but we don't want to travel until march 16 I have done the forms but not medical or police checks yet. I don't want to do it too soon but timing is a worry any ideas and help appreciated x

Hi I am looking at taking my dog over to Melbourne next year. Has anyone recently done this? I wanted an idea if full costs from Manchester and if it included insurance etc also how was the quarantine at Melbourne? Thanks muchly x
