Hi, I just received my VISA (309)!!! I managed to find my CO's email on an email she forward to the Europe Service Centre when I mailed them at the beginning of the month. Last night I sent her a reminder directly that I have been waiting for 9 months now and it worked. I received it this morning..... 9 months and 1 day
