i got an email from myCO. he asked for police clerance which i have already uploaded. it was done in june 2014. why did he ask for it

I lodged on 28th Nov. been checking my status every 10min and its still "processing". so SICK of waiting!!!!. hopefully I will get the grant this week. that would be the best birthday present.

I called them this morning. Both companys withdrew the nomination - GREAT!!!!. Apparently company B put in a 457 instead. so now I have to apply for 189. thank god I got an invite today.

company B is sponsoring me for direct entry! problem is company A withdrew but my own application is for company B. now they said my applicatiom cannot be approved

Also is it possible to contact the case officer directly?

hi everyone. long story short. im on a 457 with company A. have been working there for 3 years. company A put in a nomination for 186 in july. few weeks later i found company B who wants to sponsor me for:Randy-git: 186 as well and put in a nomination in Aug. i decided to go with company B and put in a visa application. i asked company A to withdrawn the application. today i recieved an email saying my application cannot be approved because company A has withdrawn. i have 28 days to withdraw my application otherwise it will be refused. what should i doo???? whats going on with immi?

my nomination was lodged on 2nd sept. 2 months later still recieve nothing. my company called last week and immi couldnt tell why it has been taking so long. they asked my company to relodge thr nomination. this is frustrating

didn't know I can request that..... well hopefully my 186 will come thru before I go on my holiday. one more thing I got from immi today. I cant work for anyone else except my sponsor even tho my 457 is expired and bridging visa A come in effect. not until the 186 is granted. im lucky my old sponsor is keeping me until I start work at the new place.

thanks guys, spoke to immi. they said my 457 wont be cancelled since I have already lodged a 186. I was supposed to end my employment with my sponsor in sept but they are nice enough for me to stay until I can start working for my new employer. so everything is fine now. just have to wait for the 186 now.

I really shouldn't have inform the immi about my resignation then. I'm screwed

My situation is so complicated even I have no idea what's going on. When I applied for 186 with another employer. The letter said the bridging visa a will come in effect when the 457 ceases. My old employer has informed the immi about my resignation about 2 months ago but I am still working for them since I'm waiting for the 186 and am still holding the 457. So does it mean bv will come in effect after the 90days?

hi, my company has informed the immi about the cease of employment about 2 months ago. I just wondered when the 457 will be cancelled. is immi gonna cancel my visa without letting me know? I have also lodged a 186 (new employer) and would like to know when the bridging visa will come in effect. I m going on holiday in dec and have to organize a bridging visa b if the 457 is cancelled.

are you onshore? my company also submitted the visa nomination on 2nd sept. heard nothing from them. it has been 2 months! im wondering whats going on.
