We have been struggling since December...hopefully our visa will come through soon! We have sold our house and need to be out by the 29th of April!

Two to three months, depending on whether you are from a high or low risk country is normal...see the immi website for processing standards. We have also been waiting for over 2 months...but, we are from a high risk country. Where are you from?

Hi We are from South Africa, submitted our nomination application on 23 Dec and the visa on 4 Jan...nothing approved as yet. We are also looking to go to Sydney... So the long wait continues :confused:

Congratulations! We are still waiting...seems like the processing times differ a lot between high and low risk countries. It has been 7 weeks since our nomination was lodged....

Hi Pinkypiglet Our nomination appl was also lodget on 23/12/2013...haven't heard anything from immi to date...I really do not understand the processing times! Some people's visa applications get approved within a day or two and others wait for months.
