We can definitely apply for partner visa (300,309,100) online. @musmanasghar and @aussiegirlbay : Please note applicants applying online will have to take appointment via telephone for Biometrics and Medical examination. For 190 subclass visa I got appointment via telephone. And I applied online... Similarly for partner visa we have can apply online and later when the stage comes we can take telephonic appointments for Medical and Biometrics... I think we can. Since anyone can create Immi Account. So yes, you can apply online from Pakistan. I have applied for 190 subclass visa online.

I will be applying for my spouse's partner visa in December. Is it possible to apply ONLINE without contacting the local Australian High Commission. I want to avoid local Australian High Commision to avoid paper application.

I have applied for 190 subclass visa online. I haven't gone to Australian High Comission in Islamabad. All my documents and queries were submitted by ImmiAccount and via email. I believe visa 309 visa can also be applied online. . . @aussiegirlbay you are doing a wonderful job by taking out time and replying to queries. It really helps.

Dear members, Is it possible to apply online for 309 subclass visa directly using Immi Account. Like we do for Subclass 190... I have been reading comments ... Many members have applied through Australian High Commission in Pakistan (or the country they are residing)... I just want to apply online... Is it possible ?
