  3. Hi cheeky rascal We were allocated our Case Officer on the 17 March and I believe they're now processing applications lodged 6th May and so your MIL should have been allocated a case officer by now. Is your MIL using a migration agent?
  4. Hi all Well guess what, we finally have the letter from centrelink requesting payment of the bond woohoo! Now can anyone help me out here please. My daughter is going to the bank in her break tomorrow but nowhere on the letter does it say who the payment is made payable to!? Is it immigration, centrelink or herself? I'm trying to save her some time as he doesn't have long. Can anyone help please. Thanx Maisie
  5. Thanks everybody for the kind thoughts. I keep looking at my phone to see if there's a message but nothing so far. My daughter's postman doesn't turn up till gone 4pm so will be too late today if they've sent it by mail and the bank shuts at 4 anyway humph!! Maisie

  7. We're just waiting to hear that my daughter can go and pay the AOS bond. Everything is fine just need them to say go and do it. So want get it all done. Tomorrow will be 2 years since lodgement!! Maisie

  11. We're so near, we've got our case officer just waiting for them to request AOS money and then it's all systems go I hope. Quick question, how did you all pay your AOS? Maisie
  12. Our daughter lodged the paperwork at Centrelink but so far we've not heard a thing. No interview, not asked for the money, zilch in fact! I'm guessing that it wouldn't have helped that Easter has happened since she went in!! So frustrating though and just gives me something else to worry about! maisie

  18. Woohoo! we have a case officer, I'm so excited daughter is going to centrelink tomorrow to hand in he AOS paperwork then hopefully we should be good to go. Maisie

  20. Well we've 7 weeks to go before our medicals run out and so hopefully I will have my visa firmly clenched in my hand. maisie
