Hi, has anyone been waiting for offshore partner visa to come through, but moved to Australia before visa processed.? I am interested if this causes any problems with process. Or can this be done. I am possibly considering a move a few months before approved. Obviously partner wont be able to work until approved. Thanks

is there anyone who has applied for a partner visa in 2015? if I have read this correctly it has gone from $3065 in 2014 to $4630 in 2015! Ouch

has anyone applied for a partner visa in the past week or 2? has the processing time changed for new applicants? also would you still need to travel to australia to validate the visa 1year after medicals also?

hi, Could someone advise how you validate the visa? Do you just go to australia for say a holiday within 12months after the medicals are done. As we probly wont move straight away. Also for new applicants not yet applied, is the wait longer then 8-9months? from what im reading thanks in advance for help

also does anyone know with the spouse visa, if you have a time frame to validate your visa once authorised? if you dont plan to move to australia straight away once granted (eg time to sell house ect)

I think i read online the spouse visa online was $3085. can you pay this with a english card,and if so anyone know how much was debited? im guessing approx £1700
