hi My sister is planning on moving back to England with her Australian partner and child. they got told they would need to secure a job paying 18,600 pounds. has anyone got any more information on this visa? any info greatly appreciated. thanks!

Hey I applied 15/04/2014. I used a agent with complete evidence. I'm on a student visa until September 2014 but I don't like the college but looks like i'm staying on the visa as the processing time is so long. Just a waiting game now

Hey! I am in a similar position. onshore partnership visa. I only applied yesterday, I used a agent. My sister also did the same process last year and hers took 10 days to be granted! rather gutting for the ones going through the same thing this year. let hope its just a few months. I am on a student visa and currently hating it but have little choice! good luck guys
