I applied for onshore partner visa application, im a transgender, the department already gave me Bridging Visa A, now we did not have a 12 month cohabitation since im from the philippines and i came here in australia 3 times as visitors, 3 months every time i stay here, and my partner also visited me in the philippines every year, i was able to apply onshore because the last visa that i had has no further stay condition, i was just confuse because before the application we talked to an immigration agent and he said that we can apply for onshore visa but is more likely to be refuse because we did not reach the 12 month cohabitation. Right now the processing of my application is ongoing and i don't know how long we have the decision. My question is what are our chances of being refuse or being granted, we submitted all the document except for that 12 month cohabitation and we have an ongoing relationship for 5 years now. I hope someone can help me with this.
thank you
