    hay becky great news on the case officer, The team we had in Adelade where super fast 2 days max to reply to anything, i sent police check on friday and had the visa on the monday, i was sure the Case officers would be useless but they where really fast, you are almost there, keep at it

    Any time now mate just you wait and see. . When I was asked for info I uploaded it and copied it as an attachment to the email I sent back to the case officer. Try that it can't hurt. If all they have asked for is the PCC your in just got to get them to look at it . Good luck

    if you have an agent then they wont put you forward if you are going to fail, are you going for direct grant, you applied one day after me so yours will be here soon, i feel for you as i was the same but it will come don't worry, i was sure mine would not and then it did, bear in mind i am on shore so may be processing a tad quicker. hang on in there

    perth is the place to be guys, we are here and have been for a while, we had a Working Holiday Visa, went home, had a second year and as soon as we where here applied for PR. Perth is Beautiful you will love it have you been before? we fell in love with the place as soon as we got here. Congrats to all and hold on folks, you will be accepted soon, just hang on in there, we were sure it would never end but it did and we have the visa, not sure what to do now as have focused on this visa for so long feel a bit lost, but my input to you all, don't overlook Perth and shoot to the east coast, Perth is really a lovely city and WA will blow your mind, i have a pool, and i am an average joe and i can afford a house with a pool.... :wacko: crazy or what

    I doubt very much that you have done anything wrong i was sure i had stuffed up right up until the grant, did you use an agent or yourself? even if you have done something wrong (which you haven't) they will contact you via email. best of luck

    hello mate they email you, you get an email from xxxxxx@immi.gov.au mine was Adelaide team 4 they contact on the email that you have registered to your account and they are fast, alot faster than i expected, case officer to grant was 10 days and that delay was the Police check not them if you are front loaded great, if not and you get a request for your medicals i am told you are in, as there is no way they will look at your papers then request medicals to then fail you, any more questions about our process please ask folks, i know it has been posted before but : tracker: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AkrdCphtU8u-dGJQSWROUlZ0bThIaUF2VW9zdUZmMlE&usp=sharing#gid=84

    Hello Folks sorry for delay Our Visa Just got granted 1 hour ago, i cant believe it and i did all the paperwork myself no agent at all, so time line Skills assessment and IELTS all done in the UK now on shore as in a Working holiday visa EOI: 23/08/2014 , Invitation: 01/09/2014 , Application submitted: 07/09/2010 everything except medicals, Case Officer assigned: 07/11/2014 (requested medicals and Ozzy Police check) ironically we had our medicals booked for the 07/11/2014 lol, Application for Ozzy Police Check: 07/11/2014, Police Check returned: 14/11/2014, Police check Uploaded to immi: 14/:11/2014. VISA GRANT: 17/11/2014 if we can help any one please let me know, NO FORM 80 requested. good luck folks Adam and Sarah on shore forreeeevvveeerrrrr lol but also use the tracker on here it was spot on for the lady before me and was spot on for us, 8 weeks to the day they responded to my application and the last few finishing touches where very quick also. so happy days

    hello folks i have just been assigned a case officer and have been asked to provide medicals (doing today)and PCC for Australia as well as the UK just a note for people, if you have spent more than 12 months in a country in the last 10 years you need a police check for that country, hence why i need to provide an ozzy one as i am on shore and was here for 12 months in 2012, was not aware but now you all are so don't let this delay your application if you need to do it cheers adam and sarah

    Hello all intro... Adam and my partner Sarah, in the same boat as you all, Applied 01/09/2014 and have still not heard a thing, will be doing medicals 07/11/2014 as stupidly didn't realise you could get these in advance thought you has to have your HAP ID sent to you lol derrr so will get these done Friday, we are a tad different to others as we are on shore so should anything happen in advance of those not on shore i will let you know, but i doubt that will be the case. good luck all and thanks for this thred i have been watching but thought that it is time i added. cheers Adam and Sarah

    hay francescad i worked in a bar in oz and Uprawr is correct you need an RSA certificate to work, you can work for 2 weeks without it but need to provide it after that, (that is what i was told may have changed now) but look out on Ozzy Groupon etc as they have offers on online RSA all the time i got 2 for me and partner for $60 if you go direct to the company you pay 3x that and it is super easy i mean stupid easy..... e.g. if a person seems intoxicated do you ...a. offer them an alcoholic drink, b. offer them a non alcoholic drink, c. aggressively ask them to leave etc etc JUST MAKE SURE YOU GET A MULTI STATE RSA they email your certificate once completed, you dont need any training nor special skills its just common sense. easy peasy hope this helps

    Im waiting on Land Economist, it was flagged 11, 12 and again 13 I just hope it makes it on to 14, accountant from past trends looks like it will be on ,,,,it always is ..... I cant ant stand this waiting ... I have looked at last years posts from all over the place but none have a date in June when the list is announced. If anyone hears please post ASAP I'm fed up of my hair falling out... Hahaha fingers crossed for for you all folks Adam & Sarah

    hello folks this will be a simple question for some but we cant figure it out, we have read on several old posts from may sources that the SOL list is released officially on 1st July (as we all know) but have read that the SOL is released in June some time and then comes in to effect in July, effectively a sneaky peak. the wait is killing us and really want to know if this is correct and if so where this list will be released, sorry for silly question but we are having a real game getting a clear answer on this and am sure you guys will be able to help me out, many thanks Adam & Sarah

    Hay Guys just got off the phone to vetassess and wanted to share my findings in case anyone else was interested now or in the future, to submit photos electronically to vetassess you need to only send one Passport Photo in .jpg format and certify on the page that it is being scanned on not the palaver of certifying on the back etc, and all documents can be submitted ONLINE so no postage needed. hope this helps cheers

    hay folks now this is a strange one as i cant find anything on this at all anywhere, you can apply to vetassess online.. Correct .. I have all the documents certified and ready to go buuuut :err: how do i submit my certified photographs online .... i can't seem to find any guidance on this and it is driving me mad.. is there an option to scan them? or do i need to send all my papers through the post? thank for the help, DUMBO SORRY TO ASK STUPID QUESTION :huh:

    cheers Mxmanus good advice, i am claiming my masters as it is the most relevant qualification to the occupation i am applying for and i did my masters part time so worked full time during my study so should be ok. Do i need to include my degree on the forms or just the highest qualification (masters)? just filling out the forms and not sure weather to select Yes for the Points test advice Advisory letter and if i check yes for highest qualification and yes for employment points, if it turns out i cant get the points for employment i wont fail my skills assessment will i? i mean i will still get the points for my education? ,,,,, which is all i need really just trying to get a few more where i can. cheers folks
