This waiting period doesn’t apply to family assistance payments." I assumed that no assistance is given so am a little surprised. What payments are classified as "family assistance"?

Got mine done for CPA Australia last year. I googled "statutory declaration australia" and got some suggested formats. It's more about what you are attesting to rather than anything else, according to the solicitor witnessing it (cost £5 for that). Good luck!

Had ours granted recently and medical date not police date (checks done in Nov but got a date 12 months from medicals) was used. Hope that's helped but probably not.

Not quite November thread but got medicals done at beginning of December and not heard a thing!

It's a 189 and already have a CO. The migration agent has emailed but no response after Christmas. Was wondering if other people were still waiting to hear that visa has been approved based on the timescales involved.

Anyone else still waiting for medical clearance from December medicals? Done in early December and no response from CO by email in January. Is this just Christmas / New Year delays? Is there a backlog in Sydney? Thanks!
