  1. My experience for my first employer has been considered from Aug,2009 till the last day of work there. But in Aug, 2009 till Nov,2010 I was in Canada on behalf of my Employer. I have attached the work-permit and visa but I do not have payslips or bank statement for that entire tenure. Just from May,2010 to OCT, 2010 I have payslips for Canada. So I am going to upload the notarized copy of my tax slips (T4) for the year of 2009 and 2010 in Canada. So do you think that it is enough to proove my depudation period in Canada.
  2. I applied for Software Engineer. But one mistake happend. Unfortunately uploaded wrong reference letter to the site. Then again uploaded the latest and correct one with the explanation for this mix up. So do you think it can be a problem?
  3. On this Saturday, I have booked for my Medical and then in November 1st week I will get the India PCC. I think at least not before November 10, I will get a CO. BTW, what did your CO ask you to provide that you did not submitt initially?
  4. Thanks for the prompt reply. I have applied from Bangalore :-) on 17th September. Front loading docs only Medical and India PCC are left. What do you meant by double proof? please elaborate a bit on this
  5. Great to know that Nikunj, Please share a few information. 1) Did you or your employer get contacted by ur CO for the employment verification? 2) What is your timeline ? 3) Did you get a direct grant ? 4) From where did you apply? Many congrates again
  6. What does this onshore and offshore mean? I have applied online from India. So does it make my application offshore?
  7. Hi Keighley, thanks for the reply. Actually this was an unfortunate mistake from my agent, I talked to them they said to reupload the correct files with the explanation(in the description of the file) stating the mixup. So is that enough? do I have any risk now? What is your opinion on this.
  8. Hi I have an urgent question, I used an immigration agent to lodge my application. I lodged my application on 17th Sept. I came to know today that the reference letter that they have attached is the old one not the one that we have sent to ACS for approval. That is a wrong one. What to do? Shall I upload the correct one now before CO gets assigned? Please suggest, please help.
  9. Thanks to both of you, I will do the same. Hope this will be fine
  10. Actually that was an old and wrong statutory declaration letter, I did not send that to ACS also. So I am worried when I will upload the correct one then it should not create any confusion to the CO

  14. Thanks for replying, so should I re-upload those 10 docs with a proper naming convention?
  15. Thanks for the reply, yes, there I can see the category of form 80 and 1221
  16. I have uploaded 36 files so far out which some files have "spaces" in their names. Is that a problem ?
  17. I have a question, please if someone can tell me where to upload the form 80 and form 1221 on the immigration portal?
  18. I have 2 doubts, if anyone can clarify. Before that here is a background I was in Canada for work since 2009-Jul to 2010-Dec then in visit visa since 2011-Mar till 2012-June 1) I have previous 2 visa refusals for Canada. a) Visit visa to Canada due to lack of Fund(Jan, 2011) that I have shown.. but after that when I have shown enough fund it got approved (Feb, 2011) b) Spousal PR visa refusal for Canada because of some document validation problem of my ex-wife(Aug, 2012). We got the divorce in April, 2014. I have declared this in form 1221 and in form 80 with some more details of the reason of the refusal and attached the divorce and marriage certificate from Canada. 2) There is a reassessment happened on my 2010 tax return and according to that I owe $4000 CAD to the tax department. My previous employer has filed an objection for that against Canada tax. so now this $4000 has become the disputed amount. The case is still going on. However, I have recently made the payment of $4000 CAD to tax. So if you guys can comment on this from your experience and knowledge. Is it possible that these 2 reasons can be a hindrance for me to get the 189 visa ?

  21. I heard that for black and white photo copies only u need to do the notarization. But if the document is a scanned copy of the original then it is not required.
  22. Hi, Does anyone know the DIAC's contact number or email address to take any status about the CO.
  23. Yes, unless someone is from any one of the English-speaking(US/UK/CA) countries has to take the test.
