Can some one reply, I have a PR refusal for Canada, can that impact my Australia application. Please share your experience.

Hi There, I stayed in Canada for a few years. But for the year 2010 they reassessed my tax and claimed that I have to pay $4000 more. It happened in this year March. My previous employer TCS has already filed an objection with help of Deloitte against Canada tax. The whole thing is still going on. So is there any chance that it can impact my visa application for Australia?

Hi there, I have submitted my EOI on 4th July with 60 points. on the 14th July invitation round the visa cut off date for 2613 was showing 18th June 2014. But now in the next round on 28th July it is showing the cut off date 8th May 2014. So how is it showing the back date in the latest invitation round than the previous one. Can anyone pls clarify ?

I have submitted EOI on 4th of July the first round in July was on 14th of July. But still in the skill select site they have not published the result. So how long it takes to complete an invitation round and publish the result? I think I have to wait till the next round which is on 28th July.

After how many days of the invitation round we come to know whether I get the invitation or not? I have submitted for the EOI on 4th July and the first invitation date was today 14th July. So I was selected in this round then by when I should come to know that?

Sorry for the delay, I resent the declaration letters for the 2 previous organizations for which they mentioned " not assessed". I made sure to keep the notary date and signature date and place same. That is it. I have submitted my EOI with 60 points on 4th July now waiting to get the invitation.

Hi Guys, I have a question. I have currently sent my application for the ACS process. But Once I will finally send the application for the visa and after that if I will not have much fund left in my account then will that be a problem? I mean can that be an issue for getting the visa? Hi, If I get a reference letter of my roles and responsibilities from one of my junior colleagues or my contemporary work associate, will that be fine?

Hi, I stayed for 3 years in Canada(for work) and rest of my life in India. So do I need to get the police clearance from Canada and India both? Please share your opinion :-)
