Hi, How long it took for you to get the ACS approval? I have submitted my application on 23rd April it was received on 26th April and yesterday it was showing at stage 4 "with assessor". So, I was wondering how long it should take further. I am a software engineer with 5 yrs exp and done my b.tech in Computer sc & engg.

Hi, I am a computer engineer and I have total work experience of 5 years 4 months. My ACS process has just started, now I was wondering that how long it is going to take to complete my ACS. I know, average time it takes is 12 weeks but as I am from computer engineering background and have been working in IT industry for 5 years, so can that impact my ACS process to complete earlier? My current ACS status is Allocated. How much experience ACS will consider for me, entire 5 yr 4 months or 3 yr 4 months? Please let me know if anyone of you has any information.

Hi All, I want to apply with my wife, she just now got the citizenship in Canada. She has not received the passport yet. So what are the criteria she needs to full fill to be eligible. Though I will be the main applicant. I believe she does not need to give IELTS ? please confirm me.

Hi All, I have been following this forum for last few weeks. Honestly, I feel very excited and equally happy when I see people are getting visas. I have couple of doubts, it would be very generous and helpful if some one can clarify my doubts. 1) I know the least qualifying score is 60. So if some one applies with 60 point then what is the likelihood of getting the visa? What your experiences say about this. Please share with me. 2) And does Australian Immigration prefer couples over bachelors ? Cheers and best of luck to all.

But if somehows fails to do that and get 7 then my total point will be 60-65. So then doI also have a chance to get the visa? I mean with ielts score 7 and 60 point can someone get the visa? 3) Do I need to show any bank balance? Is there any minimum required amount? Please help me with this informations.

If I start the application of immigration from this December , then is that too late to start ? Is there any chance that by the time when it will go for visa the quota gets completed?

I have 2 major concerns in my mind 1) I have a gap in my professional carrier for 1 year 3 months because at that time I was in Canada with visitor visa. So having a gap in professional career can be a problem to get the visa in AU? 2) If I start the entire process of applying for AU from scratch on this December will that be too late ? because every year they have a quota of 4800 Software engineers. So will that be safe or it is better to apply next year July? Please share your valuable opinions......plssss
