Hi We arrived October 2013, our 16 yr old son completed his GCSE's in June. Whilst he has only spent 2/3 weeks in Y11 here before the end of the school year, the Headteacher does not envisage any problems with attending University once he leaves in Y12 and have sent off his Certificates to be assessed as they will count towards his OP. I would IMHO make sure he has those GCSE's under his belt and then make the move, June is not so far away!

Will I ever get used to the Aussie's driving so close to my backside? The driving I have seen so far is scary and funny in a strange way! Can't imagine how they would cope with a manual car! He-he!:jiggy:

Our first Christmas has been strange but great! Chocolate for breakfast!(same as UK) , down to the gorgeous beach(could not happen where we lived in Yorkshire) read a few pages from my book, watched the kids in the sea, watched my gorgeous husband embarrass our teenage kids by putting his Santa jacket, belt and hat on for me to take some pics! Back home, lamb, pork and chicken on the barbie! Perfect Christmas!
