  1. try this link ... https://www.ecom.immi.gov.au/elp/app?login
  2. I had a very similar time frame, visa application submitted 20th May and visa granted today 19th June (would have been last week but I just done medicals last week and they were uploaded yesterday by clinic). Things are moving fast, good luck to everyone waiting visa grants, hopefully not long for you all now!! My case officer was from Adelaide too, maybe they are just super quick there!!
  3. Yes I believe all applicants over the age of 16 are generally requested to complete a From 80, as there are lots of questions on this, I recommend you start filling this in as soon as you can as it appears that COs are being allocated within a few weeks from visa lodge. Good luck with your visa, hopefully your grant will be soon too
  4. Delighted to post my visa was granted today!!! Yippppeeeeeeee!!! Meds uploaded by clinic yesterday, received by immi today and visa granted straight away!! Process was super quick from first doing my IELTS just over 2 months ago, to getting skills assessment, to visa application and grant, feels magic!!! Thank you to everyone on POI that guided me through it, I think I would still be months away with out all your help and guidance, a massive thank you to you all!! xx
  5. UK police check takes 10 working days (excluding postage time)
  6. Once you get a CO assigned you have 28 days to provide information requested (althought this can be extended under certain circumstances). Have the PCC form downloaded and filled in also, it takes 10 working days to process (assuming you just require a UK police check). Medicals can generally be booked within 1 week and require a few days to process for tests. So if you are in no rush for your visa then and are happy to wait then I guess this is the right strategy for you. I am hoping to go before 12 months so I've opted to get the information ready as soon as i can. Where in oz are you hoping to go?
  7. CO requested medical (which I booked last week for this Thursday) and form 80 (just complete and ready to upload - I think this may be required for everyone over 16, so if you haven't it downloaded and filled in already, I suggest you do this while waiting on CO, lots and lots and lots of questions to fill in on this form!!). Hoping for a visa grant within a few weeks Good luck with your visa, looks like CO's are being assigned within a few weeks, so hopefully you will get yours next week (remember to check your junk mail too, that is were i found mine this morning!!)
  8. Just got email this morning, CO assigned 3 weeks to the day I submitted my 189 application!! Excited!!!
  9. Amazing news Lou, delighted for you!!! Really appreciated all your guidance through my visa process, I'm hoping mine will be arriving soon too!!
  10. Congrats, great news!! Enjoy the champagne, i've mine in the fridge, but think it will be a few weeks yet before it's opened!! Things are certainly moving fast this month, good news for all!!
  11. Great, I might try and download another internet browser and try that, i have tried microsoft internet explorer and google chrome. Which browser did you get it to work on? Thanks
  12. Hi Hugh, Everyone with 60 points got an invite on 22nd May. It is date ranked, so it is more than likely with submitting your EOI on 24th May you will get an invite on 3rd June. Good luck!!
  13. hi bijit, i havent booked medicals yet, hopefully in next few weeks. most people seem to be abel to access the forms online on the same page you upload your evidence documents. my link doesnt seem to work. i just rang one of the medical centres and gave them my trn and they could access all my details from this. think it is worthwhile pre-booking meds before a co is assigned from what people are posting!! good luck
  14. Hi Lou, Hope your medicals go well today!! My link doesnt seem to bring anything up, not sure what is wrong with it. Rang one of hte centres that do medicals and gave them my TRN and they said they could access my details on the system, so hopefully it will be ok. Going to book medical in a few weeks time. Hope we are all in oz soon!!
  15. Congrats Jude!!! Great news!! Champagne I think
  16. Hi Joanna, Quick question on that "Organise your health examinations" link. I submitted my visa on 20th May and uploaded all documents which have been recorded as received. I would like to get my medical sorted asap but when I click on the link that says "Organise your health examinations" a new window opens but its blank?? Did this happen to you also or how did you access your eVisa medical forms from this link? Thanks Thank you
  17. Hi Lou, I've uploaded all my documents (apart from police check and medical) and all have the status received. I've sent off for my police check and I am going to book my medicals for next week hopefully. What link do you mean to click? There is a link that says "Organise your health examinations" but when I click on this link nothing happens (a new window opens but its blank), anyone any ideas of how to get link to health forms / book medical, or do I just arrange myself? Thank you
  18. Hi everyone, Delighted to say I can now join the "189 May Lodge Gang"!!! Just received my invitation a few hours ago and have my visa application lodged already!! Excited to say the least!! In the process of loading documents now, can I just check with everyone that it's OK to upload colour scanned copies of the relevant documents without getting them certified? Grateful if someone could confirm? Thank you. Think I'll send off my police check this week and book meds shortly, things seem to be moving fast for 189 visas Will be great to hear how all your visas are progressing, please keep this thread updated. Good luck everyone
  19. Hi all, I'm in the process of filling in my EOI to submit today, on the first page you fill in your personal details. I live in Northern Ireland and can hold either an Irish or British passport. I got an Irish passport as it was a lot quicker to get when I needed it and have always just renewed my Irish passport. I have never held a British passport, although because I live in Northern Ireland my driving licence, work, etc are all regarded as registered in the United Kingdom. My country of passport is Ireland and then I have ticked the box that asks are you "a citizen of the country of passport". The next question is "Is the client a citizen of any other country?", should I tick yes for this and select British citizen or select no??? Confusing I know but any help would be greatly appreciated as I am submitting my EOI today, thank you.
  20. Awe great news Joanna on getting your CO assigned, hopefully you'll have your visa soon!! Thanks a million for confirming no required work documents for visa, should make everything a bit more straight forward. Good luck with you visa grant.
  21. Hi Kareenee, As I don't have an accounting degree, I am not getting the ICAA to assess my degree as a basis for my skills assessment. My skills assessment is based on being a member of a fully recognised accounting body. If you are using your degree as a basis of your skills assessment, I think you will require a "handbook" or equivalent certified by the university that will detail contents of each module you studied, they need this to confirm if you have reached at least 9 out of the 12 core competencies as listed on their website. Hope this helps, maybe someone that has had the ICAA assess their degree will be able to help you further. I think it is best you have all the information that they require before you send of your PASA form, as it will only create further delays if you have to send them more information later. If I can help in any other way, please let me know. Thanks, Caroline
  22. Great Joanna, would really appreciate if you can let me know if CO requests anything for your work experience, thank you!!
  23. Thanks for reply Joanna. Trying to get all information ready for EOI and VISA so I can submit as soon as my skills assessment comes back. Hope your visa process is going well, probably not long until your 190 is granted
  24. Morning all, Has anyone submitted an EOI with relevant skilled employment but not claimed for it? I have 60 points excluding my skilled employment, so to save any potential problems with claiming points for it, I intend submitting my EOI and not claiming any skilled employment points. Should my years of skilled employment still be declared in the EOI and just not claim points for them? Do DIAC require anything information for 189 visa application re: skilled employment, if you do not claim these points in EOI? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
