  1. I came out on a tourist visa which ran end of May (3months) I then got another one which allowed me to stay here for another 6 months..
  2. I'm in Brisbane at the mo but we're moving to Mooloolaba in two weeks time. I sent KP an email asking if there was any way he could give me notice as to when I would get my visa so I could plan my flights, the next day he replied saying he was ready to grant it :-)
  3. That's right...came out on a tourist visa. Out in NZ for 3 working days (13-16th) when I forwarded my itinerary to my c/o he said he's scheduled my grant for the 13/8/2013.
  4. Deep breath.....got the email yesterday from my c/o saying she is in a position to grant my visa. I've booked my flights to NZ for next Tuesday...so excited and relieved :-)
  5. Hi, I've been looking on the 309/100 timeline spreadsheet for the UK and it doesn't look like any visas have gone through in June. Did anyone receive theirs in June?
  6. Thank you for your help. I have contacted a migration agent. Yes, we have compelling and legitimate circumstances so we will have to see. will keep you posted x
  7. Hello. Need some help please anyone! I am an Australian citizen and we have just been assigned a case officer for my wife's visa application (partner (47SP) where I am the sponsor (40SP). We live in the UK and applied from here. I have just received an email from the case officer stating that because I have sponsored two people in the past I have exceeded my lifetime visa sponsorship limitation and now need to provide more information or show 'compelling circumstances' that the decision maker can be satisfied this situation can be waived. 1. The first visa was granted for my ex-wife back in 1999 although we only lived in Oz for one year. She has never returned to Australia and therefore no permanent residence was ever granted. 2. My second partner (de-facto) was granted a permanent residence visa when we lived there back in 2006/7. Although this relationship did not last I did communicate with DIAC and informed them of this. This is probably not a common question but can anyone give some help or advice on what to do or whether to now use a migration agent to write to the officer? Is this still classed as Two visas being granted?? Any help would be very much appreciated!! Thank you :-) p
