I applied for a New ACS and i Included the old ACS report and NEW report and submitted to DIAC. Expedite Please Note: While applying for ACS i didn't change anything (Meaning I didn't amend my experience or qualification ) hence ACS expedite the process and i got the revised letter in 10 days. Good luck!!

I sent a mail to Skillselect and got the below response from the team. "Currently there is a systems issue where status of the EOI is not getting updated and hence even after you have lodged the visa the status of the EOI is not been updated from "INVITED" to "LODGED" hence you are getting these updates and emails. Kindly ignore them and I have forwarded your query to the tech team for their information and resolution." Anyways i'm going to call immigration department on this will update you all.....

Hi., I have received a mail from SKill select by stating " Please be advised that your invitation will be expiring in 19 days on 31 Dec 2012" Actually I applied visa and also paid on Nov 30th itself, now i'm concerned about this mail... Please advise.

Please Let me know once you get the response from the Case office.... Between you will get 15 Points for Bachelor, As for as the information i got from the forum and other agent. "As long as you have degree certificate from the Australian recognized university u will get 15 points " How for it will help in your case or rather my case is upto case officers decision and it vary from case to case.....

How do you applied, did you submitted Both ACS assessment or u submitted only the latest ? What is the Outcome DIAC accepted the letter or not ? I have the same issue now, MY ACS is expired but now i got EOI invitation i applied for validation i'm expecting to get by next week. But i'm confused Bcz my EOI i put a reference of my old ACS reference no for the new assessment there will be different reference no... Please help.....

Correct me if i'm wrong ACS is to assess your experience is matching the occupation or not and with old ACS validation report where that is not a exact experience on the occupation we still can proceed to apply. I'm rite ? Between my situation is below My ACS assessment has been completed on May 2011. At that time of assessment i have experience of 6.8 years, now i have 8.5 years of experience and i didn't change any JOB/ Role. i have all the proofs to show the experience is 8+ years. To claim 8 years of experience in EOI do i need to reassess my experience with ACS ? Response to this query is highly appreciated. PS: I got EOI approval by claiming 8 years experience but my assessment report says 6.8 since its 1.5 year old.

Hi All, My ACS assessment has been completed on May 2011. At that time of assessment i have experience of 6.8 years, now i have 8.5 years of experience and i didn't change any JOB/ Role. To claim 8 years of experience in EOI do i need to reassess my experience with ACS ? Response to this query is highly appreciated. Hi thanks for your response.... I already got an EOI approval.... My query is I cannot claim 8+ years along with my degree? I don't have any gape in my experience and I have proof for that.. If the answer is yes then I have 60 points.... My occupation is 263111

Hi, Thanks in Advance I thought of Seeking experts advise on my peculiar case... Let me give more clarity about my situation so that you can advise me... I have Submitted my Diploma, work experience and other industry standard certificate(related to my work) to ACS and it got cleared June 2011. I did this to apply along with state sponsorship, Unfortunately the state closed the requirement for the occupation 263111 at the time. When EOI thing was opened i asked my agent to apply along with my Degree (Which i did in correspondence) he agreed and told me my point was just 60 you wont get EOI approval. But November 16, 2012 i got Approval. Now he is telling that you will not get visa as your not meeting the 60 points, His explanation is below Diploma 10points, 8 years experience 15points and for my age 30 points, so i will get only 55 Points. with Degree (correspondence) 15 points, Since its correspondence my experience will be calculated after the completion date, I.e. 5+ years 10 Points and for Age 30 points. so i will get 55 points Mean while applying the EOI i mentioned about my degree (degree has been verified by vetasses ), Diploma and all my job experience details completion dates and everything. At this stage his advise to me is not to apply for visa, If i apply my application will be refused, Please provide your expert advise... Meanwhile, I wanted to highlight that i have cleared my MBA systems (correspondence )this may be value add for my case...

Hi Wrussell, Thanks for your response.... Please share me from where you got the information that my occupation doesn't required a Degree ? As you mentioned my occupation doesn't required degree, Does it mean i cannot claim points for my Degree. Because without my degree i will not be eligible.... Thanks in advance

Thanks for your response... ACS Assessment was done on 2011 June that time my experience was 6+ years and my degree has been assessed by vetasses and i got positive results. My occupation is 263111 COMPUTER NETWORK AND SYSTEMS ENGINEER. how to check whether my occupation required Degree or not.

Hi All, I'm New to pomsinoz and thanks for every one for sharing the very valuable information.... I need your expertise on below things. My Regular qualification is Diploma in Computer science completed on 2004, After completing the Diploma i started working in IT. Hence my total Experience is 8.5 years now. After completing my Diploma I studied Bachelor Of Business Administration(B.B.A) in Correspondence, completed on 2007 Followed by BBA, I done my MBA in systems in correspondence, completed on 2011 My query is, my total no of experience will be consider if i apply EOI with my Degree ? i.e department will take 8 years experience or they will consider only 5 years experience. As i completed my degree in 2007? Thanks in advance...
