I applied for a New ACS and i Included the old ACS report and NEW report and submitted to DIAC. Expedite Please Note: While applying for ACS i didn't change anything (Meaning I didn't amend my experience or qualification ) hence ACS expedite the process and i got the revised letter in 10 days. Good luck!!

I sent a mail to Skillselect and got the below response from the team. "Currently there is a systems issue where status of the EOI is not getting updated and hence even after you have lodged the visa the status of the EOI is not been updated from "INVITED" to "LODGED" hence you are getting these updates and emails. Kindly ignore them and I have forwarded your query to the tech team for their information and resolution." Anyways i'm going to call immigration department on this will update you all.....

Hi., I have received a mail from SKill select by stating " Please be advised that your invitation will be expiring in 19 days on 31 Dec 2012" Actually I applied visa and also paid on Nov 30th itself, now i'm concerned about this mail... Please advise.

Please Let me know once you get the response from the Case office.... Between you will get 15 Points for Bachelor, As for as the information i got from the forum and other agent. "As long as you have degree certificate from the Australian recognized university u will get 15 points " How for it will help in your case or rather my case is upto case officers decision and it vary from case to case.....

How do you applied, did you submitted Both ACS assessment or u submitted only the latest ? What is the Outcome DIAC accepted the letter or not ? I have the same issue now, MY ACS is expired but now i got EOI invitation i applied for validation i'm expecting to get by next week. But i'm confused Bcz my EOI i put a reference of my old ACS reference no for the new assessment there will be different reference no... Please help.....

Correct me if i'm wrong ACS is to assess your experience is matching the occupation or not and with old ACS validation report where that is not a exact experience on the occupation we still can proceed to apply. I'm rite ? Between my situation is below My ACS assessment has been completed on May 2011. At that time of assessment i have experience of 6.8 years, now i have 8.5 years of experience and i didn't change any JOB/ Role. i have all the proofs to show the experience is 8+ years. To claim 8 years of experience in EOI do i need to reassess my experience with ACS ? Response to this query is highly appreciated. PS: I got EOI approval by claiming 8 years experience but my assessment report says 6.8 since its 1.5 year old.

Hi All, My ACS assessment has been completed on May 2011. At that time of assessment i have experience of 6.8 years, now i have 8.5 years of experience and i didn't change any JOB/ Role. Hi... I got EOI approval on 16th Nov I have noticed that my ACS is validity expired on June 2012, Will i be able to lodge my application ? I didn't change my Company / Role Do i need to send my documentation for re-validation ' Please advice
