I was granted a four year 457 visa in December 2013 but was unable to travel to Australia due to a number of reasons. However, I am in talks with the prospective employer. Do I have to start applying for a visa or do I just use the current that expires in 2017. I did travel to Australia for two weeks in 2014 though,

<p><p>How are you? Please can you help with advice? I am seeking registration as a mental health nurse and have downloaded the application form. It seems all daunting. I am now compliling all the required documentation. I sat for the English test that I passed with flying colours. Basically i am stuck especially in relation to the statement of service from an employer. For the past 8 years I have worked as an agency nurse and some of the agencies have closed down. I am sure I can get a history for the past three years but the other two will be problematic. How best can i get round this problem and what do I need to do so that my registration is a smooth process.</p></p>

I am in the process of gathering the required documentation for nurse registration in Australia. For the past 8 years I have worked as an agency nurse for various agencies. Does AHPRA accept statements of service from employment agencies? Which office deals faster with applications?
