  1. Congrats jimjam and ness and carl...what an exciting day yesterday! Good luck everyone else, the wait was worth it in the end!!
  2. Just found out, 100 visa granted!! 6 months of torture (waiting) over...we are so relieved!!!
  3. We are still waiting too. Applied 30th December 2011 for 309/100, CO allocated 3rd January 2012. We've been told we should hear this week. Frustrating because neither of us will resign from our jobs until we know we definitely have the visa...haven't been able to plan anything yet
  4. We applied end of December and have been told first week of July. Might sound dramatic but seriously, longest six months of our lives!! This last month has particularly dragged on. Now just hoping it actually happens next week or I may really go crazy..
  5. Promise you'll know soon after we do! At the moment our CO is being elusive...when you make it to '5-6 months', that month will drive you crazy!! Only 8 working days til end of financial year (and hopefully the cap) :err:
  6. Congrats Harvey88..feel I can safely answer this now We were 30th December, no agent. Thanks to your news feeling a bit more optimistic!
  7. Thanks for keeping us updated Harvey88, we applied end of December and haven't heard anything either. It's been so frustrating this wait!
  8. Courty7105 is right, 309 can't be capped, but prospective marriage visas (300) are subject to capping. I think that was the case in the post from mrslp when they mentioned July and a handful of visas left. Shouldn't affect the 309/100 applications
