Hi My husband is a fitness coach. He starts his new jobs next week. Coles is the equivalent to our main supermarkets. sells their own brands at a cheaper cost. some items are a lo more expensive, hovever some are a lot cheaper. frozen items seems expensive. We have looked up and down the coast for proprties. pelican waters is really nice, we have a few properties to view this week in peregian springs and kawana. had a drive up to peregian springs yesterday and the area is fab. Day 4 of waking up on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. Had not visited before and I must say it lives up to my expectations so far. Hubby has landed 3 jobs already. We have hired a car and have been looking at areas to rent. So far all the properties we are interested in have already been leased:( Staying in Alexandra Headland in a holiday home at the moment. Went shopping to Coles and items are not as expensive as I had anticipated. People seem friendly, beaches are great, and its hot! although it has rained on and off. Applied for TFN on line which took 10 mins. Will sort Medicare in the next few day. Im a nurse and so far have not seen any jobs, however it is early days (fingers crossed). Stayed overnight in Brisbane the night of our arrival and spent the following day at South Bank which is lovely. Both my boys (aged 10 & 6) seem happy that we are here. Want to get them settled in asap.

Hi, Can anyone reccomend stop-over hotels in Dubai and Singapore for myself, husband and 2 boys aged 10 and 6. We will be staying two nights in each place en route to Brisbane and fly 30/12/12 and im hoping i have not left it too late!!! Thanks

It was one of those do not reply emails!!! Suppose I will have to make a phone call or two!!!

I sent my AHPRA application to the Brisbane office which was received on 24/05/12. After several emails they have finally replied informing me that some of my documents have been incorrectly certified:( the email is from the Melbourne office. My question is where do I send the documents? Brisbane or Melbourne? Lol I'm sick of this!!!

We are also moving to the sunshine in jan 13. Mooloolaba looks beautiful. Hoping to settle in that area. Getting very excited now. Just waiting for nursing registration to allow me to apply for jobs. Does anyone have any thoughts on this area? I have two boys aged 10 and six so any information on schools would be much appreciated . Thanks

Morning all. Had medicals 14/6/12 uploaded PCC 15/6/12. Visa grant this morning!! Very very happy. Congrats to all other applicants who have had grants too.
