Omg omg, our case officer has changed her mind and GRANTED OUR VISA!!! I can't believe it, woke up to 3 emails from the agent and didn't really understand at first but turn me purple please Tania!! Fingers crossed yours and Anlopa and everyone else in the visa waiting room, you wont be far behind us!!! :jiggy::jiggy::jiggy:

I only got the reply from the agent today, talk about taking your time!! He says my CO wants more payslips.:arghh: She originally asked for 3 a year back from when we applied for the visa to date and bank statements and p60's:eek: The agent said that 2 a year would do, one from the start and one from the end so this is what we did but now it seems she wants the 3 a year!! Did anyone else have to send this much additional info such as payslips etc? Oh and the agent hadn't uploaded the first page of the TRA document properly so they wanted this again too but my agent said he would sort that out first time but it seems that he hadn't!! Wonder if that's why they wanted more work stuff.

Well, I emailed my agent yesterday and still havent had a reply to find out what our CO wants :arghh: He usually responds more or less straight away - time difference permitting that is :SLEEP: With regards to the previous discussion about form 80, we submitted ours at the time of application, but there is a link to it on your document checklist if you can check your status online.

I forgot to say that our online status was showing as 'email sent to you' today but as yet I haven't heard anything from my agent :arghh: I have emailed him, this extra hour makes it really difficult to communicate with people in Oz!! I wonder what they want, i hope they don't want anymore paperwork as I don't think I have anything else to send them. :mad:

Does it not just mean that because you have submitted your medicals they are finlised but because you haven't got a CO yet your application is just waiting to be processed further??

I really feel for you as I know how frustrating it can be. We applied in 2009 but the processing timescales kept saying dates like 2010 and we hadn't heard, not sure if this was because we got moved up a category with the changes in July but it still used to drive me mad!! Everything crossed for you for next week :wubclub:

I know, there doesnt seem to be any consistency with the medicals. We had ours on 18th in Manchester and my daughters showed straight away that they were submitted, infact he did it whilst we were sitting there!! Then hers were finalised the next day -19th. My husbands didn't show on the system till the next day - 19th and then got referred (as he is diabetic) on the 20th and finalised on the 24th. But mine didn't show on the system till the 20th and then finalised on the 21st. I think it just depends on what time your doctor goes onto the system and what time it is in Australia cos if it's the middle of the night I think the date shows as the next day. :chatterbox::chatterbox:

My agent was happy with the email from ACPO saying they had received the Police Check and then asked us to send him a copy of the receipt to show we had been for medicals.

Fingers crossed for you! I have just been clearing up some old emails and came across my police check one, it looks like it took them 6 days to send my confirmation email so I'm sure everything will be ok with yours, you will probably hear something next week!!
