We went on the royal Caribbean Radience of the Seas in March, 18 nights starting in Perth, then bottom half of Oz and New Zealand. We loved it but the average age was about 60 and our children were the only ones on board.

This makes no sense . Are you saying they changed the rules just for you because your wife was pregnant? It seems a rather strange set up that you would apply for a visa to live in another country and not want your spouse and child to join you! Then just after your granted you decide to bring the whole village? Very strange and I'm sure plenty of questions will be raised by this. To answer you question regarding your mother, if you had wanted to get her a visa you should have put her on your original application along with all your other TRUE dependants. Good luck with that!

Did you forget you had a wife of 7 years on your original visa application in 2012?????????? You may not believe there is any complexity in this, others may beg to differ!

I know Australia are only looking after their own interests but it just seems wrong that a family who have already had to cope with so much should be dealt a bad hand when it comes to emigrating.
