Dear Westly, I trust your advice.Sorry for delay response as i was having some health prb during past few days. SL embassy also confirmed the CO rule on my visa. As you mentioned , in our visa we don't get any condition , they confirmed my hubby can go first.

I was the main applicant in 190 visa and we were grant visa few months back. Initially , we paln my hubby (dependent under my visa application) enter to ausi first and find some palce for us with some job. Me and baby come 3 months back. Our visa condition are Nil. We wrote to our CO and ask feasiblity of my hubby enter to Ausi first before me. She confirmed its fine no problem. However, when we check same thing with High commision in SL , they say main applicant should eneter first. Now we have come in to critical junction, we want to know who should trust? In addition, some other friends also informed that my husband cant enetr before me. Has anybody got any experience on this Please advice us.

IF i claim marks from partner and if his IELTS result pending at the time of invitation (he has already sat exam before invitation) and if he get through with required mark,will it considered as valid IELTS requirement at the time of invitation?

Hi All, I am claiming 5 points from my spouse/partner. His assessment is OK. Partner sat for IELTS on 15th of Sept - results due on 28th Sept I received my visa invitation on 20th of Sept. According to my Agent as my partner did his exam before the invitation received, if he get through required mark we could accept this invitation? Is this information correct?? Please give your advice.

hi every one, I got my veteassess assessment under Professional category 27291. I was waiting to apply EOI until December as i will getting 5 more marks ( i was fed up with struggling IELTS) . I got state sponsorship before and due IELTS problem i was not in a position to apply. Now my situation has become more problematic as i have seen state has closed sponsorship for my category. However, i found there is another category which i could apply but it is under Clerical and supportive work- 571 When i met my MRA he said "as i apply for professional category and as i am asking reassessment from vetassess which need lower qualification , vetasses could reject my application.Is any one have any experience or guidance about this? In addition, he informed that as i have apply State sponsorship and received it from same state- ACT, if apply another job , there is a possibility to reject it. Is this statement true? Any one have apply for the reassessment after receiving positive assessment in first time, Please share the experience with me

Hi Shaunafroz, I saw you were trying to change your ANZCO due to removal of office manger. Please let me know have you started re assessment with Vetassess? Are you going to apply for same "Major group" that mean "Major group 1" Same time as you have got positive job assessment from Vetassess to one job category how you going to provide additional supportive evidence to support your new one? Hi every one I need your kind advice on below 1. I worked under "Senior Professional " at the starting point of my carrier. It the normal way in my country on my profession. She is ok to give letter and details of confirmation on payment. However, she is individual and more or less its "Association" . Please advice me will DIAC accept this kind of job? What are the proof i should provide? 2.I have not received any statutory payment and my income was below Income tax. I have letter received from Income Tax department to declare my income and I have replied that my income is below threshold level? Will it be evidence to proof of employment? 3. How to prove my own practice to DIAC? What are the document I should submit? 4.If I claim for 8 years do my evidence need to be complete set ? More than 5 years i have perfect evidence.:arghh:

I have found one mistake in my assessment form. My qualification was grant by institute “A” in 2003 with Honors pass. After that I enrolment to professional body “B” on 2004 December .However for my job enrolment is not necessary to perform my job. I was doing my job from 2004 march. My job is categorized as “category A” job in vetassess. Now I have found Vetassess has put my qualification as “ …………….. with Honours awarded in 2004 by the ….institute B..” Actually the correct information is “…………….. with Honours awarded in 2003 by the ….institute A.” My assessment was got success on 2012 January but until I raise this question my Agent didn’t recognize it. Now Agent tell that it is mistake of assessment body as we have submit all the document to them. 1. Can I claim my experience from 2003 despite of assessment authorities’ recognition at the DIAC? In Institute A transcript clearly mentioned they are the people who awarded that education qualification. Institute B is not a educational institute they only do enrolment to profession. 2. Is there any way to correct this from Vetassess? Will it have impact on my assessment? 3. Do I need “point advisory letter” for DIAC?

Hi We will be going to lodge our EOI under 190 very soon. However , my husband worries about one fact. He is the only child of his family and his father is deceased. His mother is 53 years old and she was treated for breast cancer 2 years back. Now her medical reports says "Cancer Free" Will his mother eligible to get visa if we receive our visa? that mean qyour qualification recognized by Vetassess was completed in 2012 .However, your job experience help you to claim 8 years experience?
