Got a very unexpected email from our CO last Tuesday 21.05. VISA GRANTED, 6.5 months and we got the 100! Couldn't be happier. We had SV applied early Nov and we hadn't contacted her at all through-out the process. My advice for those applying or waiting, if you've got the evidence and include everything asked on the check-list, there is really nothing else you can do but wait. Put it to the back of your mind and don't stress, eventually it will come, and if your CO needs more info, they'll contact you. Best of luck to everyone - Australia here we come!

Haven't been on here for a while and very excited to see some Oct/Nov applications being approved. We applied early November but only just sent the police checks in 2 weeks ago. Wasn't expecting an approval until July/August, I've got my fingers crossed tightly for an email very soon. Anyone else have SV and applied around the same time. Good luck to everyone!!

Hi guys, finally got around to posting in our application :biggrin: Here's our timeline - does anyone know if there's still an excel document going around? 05/11/2012 - Posted to Aust House 07/11/2012 - Payment taken 08/11/2012 - Case officer assigned - SV 10/11/2012 - Documents returned ...and now we wait. ETA 8/9 months. SV did get our email incorrect, so didn't realise we'd been assigned until we got the parcel with a print out of the email...with the wrong address (?!?) have now emailed her with the correct email and hope there won't be any further hiccups. Good luck everyone x

Hello all! We're juuuust about to send off our 309 application to Australia House. I couldn't really find a better post to ask this question, but, I have a dilemma...I'm the sponsor and I just noticed that I have to supply certified copies of my payslips for the last 2 years. Problem is, all my payslips and even Aus Group Certs have been PDF's, or generated through online systems, so essentially, I don't have originals in order to get them certified. Has anyone had this issue? What can I do? I did toy with just sending them in as copies and crossing my fingers. Please help Thank you so much in advance and good luck to all those in waiting. Ps. Cannot believe our stupidity in waiting so long to apply, probably should've got our act together BEFORE they implemented the longer processing time. Ah well.
