<p>Hi Cal, sorry I've not been great at being in touch this week - this cough/cold floored me, I think I slept for 24 hours over a 2 day period. The wine and voodoo cocktails didn't work but it didn't stop me from trying - now I've just got to get over this inflamed liver and I'll be right.</p>

<p>Alex did a piece of work for literacy week, and it's been chosen to go in a book! We're not talking JK Rowling lol, but we've had an offical invite to the school wednesday evening for 'authors nite'. She's really chuffed with herself and I'm a very proud mum. Tom scored 4 goals on Saturday and they go into the last game of the season un-beaten, managed to change my shifts so I can be at the presentation on the 6th. Decided to apply to cover my bosses leave - it was like applying for a job - just to address the essential criteria was 8 pages of writing ... not to bothered if I don't get it though, but it'll look good on my CV lol</p>

<p>Hi Mr. Cranky - I'm feeling a bit cranky too, got a cold which has turned into a Chest Infection, feeling very sorry for myself at the moment as the medicine called red wine that Jo suggested didn't work :0(</p>

<p>I've decided to call you Nancy Drew 'cos she's the only solver of myseries that I can think of whose not over 60 lol. I thought Miss Marple as you know, but she was a gran, and Angela Lansbury in murder she wrote wasn't much younger.. so Nancy it is!! (unless you have another suggestion).</p>
