I've got an Aussie boyfriend, so I'm staying put, but I do really miss friends!! I would love to meet up with some poms who are staying put here too. Friends can't be made that easily. But what else options do we have? Some of us are here in working holiday visa or skill migration. We don't have family members here neither any school friends. So sometimes in one hand career ambition captures us and lack of social bond make us feel lonely.... On the train nobody will talk to us, every body is busy with either cellphone or too tried. At workplace , yah it's full of corporate smiles or gestures and sometimes lil chitchat. So only one option left in hand... Open an account in a forum and Say.... "Hi I am looking for friends..
