juderay Posted October 25, 2007 Share Posted October 25, 2007 Last week my OH sent off his finalised application form for his Spouse Visa - last night we saw they had taken the payment from our account and then this morning he received a letter with his case file number and the name of his case officer - it is now official and the legal process has begun!!!!!!!!!!! He was hopping with excitement - careful Skippy Next week he goes for x-rays and within 2 wks of that he has his medical with the panel doctor. We understand the spouse visa doesn't take as long as other visas and we both really feel for those of you out there who have been waiting months even years to get through this process.
