HarryOb1
Hi all, Edit ***In Sydney*** Just wondering if anyone had any ideas or suggestions about where to watch the Irish / Italy rugby match on Sunday? We are currently staying out in the Hills district, so don't really know many of the pubs out here bar the Mean Fiddler and that's ****e for watching matches. We have a three year old and would like to take her with us but we don't really want to go to somewhere packed & messy. We're not going out on the lash, obviously as we're bringing our daughter but would like to go somewhere with a bit of atmosphere. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, Cheers, Harry. Cheers, Harry.
MARYROSE02
I'm not sure what the policy of pubs is towards kids but most clubs don't mind kids. Out your way I don't know what to suggest - Castle Hill RSL perhaps? I don't know what sort of turn out the Gaelic Club would get in Surry Hills as it's become more of a rock music venue. Google the Irish bars and find out if any welcome kids?

MARYROSE02
Cheers, Will try that and see what I get, Thanks. I never knew there was a Gaelic club at Penrith but I had a quick look at the website and they seem to welcome kids and they have Fox Sports for the big games so check them out. http://www.penrithgaels.com.au/

HarryOb1
Thanks very much, I didn't know that was even there. Thanks again, Harry.
MARYROSE02
I did not know it was there either until I Googled - I might check it out myself one day! If you did not have the kiddie to take along I'd just have said 'go to Scruffy Murphy's or somewhere similar though I fancy that WILL be awash with beer and blood!
