Just a bit unsure of how much rent I'll be able to afford & don't know if I'm aiming too high! I'll be earning $64K per annum ....(as a midwife) Wanted to rent around the Cheltenham area.... Can anybody already living over there give me a better idea of what my rental budget should be?? :unsure: Would appreciate any feedback! But after tax (which I know is higher!) and other stoppages + bills etc...
