windswept Posted August 20, 2011 Share Posted August 20, 2011 If you're renting, water should already be connected, so you won't have to worry about that. For electricity it's about a $35 connection fee, and I usually estimate usage rates of about $4/day (this is for a two bedroom apartment, with up to four people occupying it) but your mileage may vary.
