I have had to start the application twice now as I have not been able to get back in to the saved application with the saved reference and password. harrison clan Posted June 13, 2011 Share Posted June 13, 2011 Hi Kelly, Check your caps lock - I chose my password (in lowercase) but when I tried to sign back in first time I put the caps lock on because the reference number was all caps and it wouldn't accept my password.
