We got ours in 35 days. I front loaded everything and we had meds done 3 days before we got our CO. First and only contact we had from him was our visa grant email!

Thanks Jacqui. I've not heard back from Anglo Pacific yet, but looks like Crown and Pickfords will be coming out so at least I should have a few volume estimates to compare. -

I am just starting the process of trying to get quotes for our shipping. We're in Aberdeen. I'm waiting to hear back from a few more companies but have so far had 1 of the big ones say they couldn't tell me when someone would be able to come out to me as they are so busy and have noone in this area, and another two who have also said they don't have anyone up here. One said they will be in touch if they are coming up, but both have said if I let them know the cubic feet from the other quotes I get they will give me a price! :arghh: At least Shore Porters are coming out next week, they've got no excuse :biglaugh: but don't want to go just by their volume estimate :sad: Just wondered who anyone else from up this way used, and would you recommend them?

We got our visa 12 days ago and everything on our document checklist still says required :biglaugh:

Congratulations guys, it's great to see everyone getting their grants :jiggy: and congratulations to everyone that's got a CO too! Wow well done on the house Est! Sounds like everything's falling into place perfectly for you - if they want to branch in to Scotland give me a shout :biglaugh: Well, our holiday telling family we had applied for a visa ended up being a holiday telling family we got our visa! For some reason everyone thought I was pregnant :twitcy: think they got a shock :biglaugh: We got home last night and I told work this afternoon so no need to keep it quiet anymore now - which means I have just posted the best status update ever on facebook "is moving to Australia" :biglaugh: That's got everyone going, they never saw that one coming :biglaugh:
