Ozmaniac Posted May 15, 2011 Share Posted May 15, 2011 You can't apply for an 856 visa unless your occupation is on the ENSOL. AFAIK, your only hope of a permanent visa without a listed occupation is an RSMS visa as there is no list of eligible occupations for that visa.
