My ex-hubby has finally agreed to allow our daughter to change her name so she is the same as the rest of the family she lives with every day. Of course the change of name would mean a new passport so what would we need to do since this would probably all transpire after the visa is granted but before it is validated? I anticipate you will be asked to provide a certified copy of documents relating to the name change, plus the new passport ID page following the name change. Best regards.
