kellyjamie Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 were getting ready to apply to TAS for sponsorship and in our application of why we want to go there we wondered if its ok to say i would hope to work part time as we,d hope to have another child eventually? or should we not tell them that? thanks K
gaz n family Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 Me i wouldnt tell them that, they want to sponsor you so you will work, thus pay tax, thus contribute to their growth.
Pumpkin Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 If you are the main applicant, I would most definitely not say that! The visa is for bringing in skilled migrants so the expectation is that they would work (full time).
kellyjamie Posted December 22, 2010 Author Posted December 22, 2010 im not the applicant my husband is. i would ideally love to take the opportunity to start my own business, and eventually think about having other children
Dawny Posted December 22, 2010 Posted December 22, 2010 Personally i would leave that out! As that is something for you in the future not at the time of application! Treat as a need to know basis, and they don't need to know at this time! Wishing you all the very best x
kellyjamie Posted December 22, 2010 Author Posted December 22, 2010 yep i agree dawn reckon your right we just werent sure if its a positive or negative piece of info as we were unsure how to approach the statements and exactly what they are looking for:goofy:
