stevemalbec Posted April 23, 2011 Share Posted April 23, 2011 Lately I personally have noticed that house prices in Melbourne seem to be dropping, there appear to be a lot more nice properties cropping up matching our criteria of price, land, bedrooms, area etc rather than mainly do-er-uppers![/color][/font] Kari :wubclub: Melbourne is definitely improving.
