I wonder why people are beginning to loose trust in your company:wideeyed:. You then dive in with both feet on to a thread that is nothing at all to do with TA. Now please advise which of the 5 usernames you wish to keep then I can merge all the other accounts. Hello Elizabeth.

 

If you are not responsible for client files, what exactly are clients paying for when they engage your firm?

 

Surely you have some responsibility, particularly when (so far as I know - and please feel able to correct me if I'm wrong) the individuals concerned have a contract with your firm?

I'm not sure - hopefully someone will come and answer soon.

 

I would imagine that it should be immediately - I suspect that when they email to confirm they have received your change of correspondence details that they have already changed their system to place you as their contact.

 

But I don't really know.

 

Maybe ensure you mention that you have just changed contact details (and include the email address you gave) in the PLE just in case.

1) Should we send for 956 or 956A to discontinue agent in application ?

 

2) Also, do we need agent's signature to discontinue his involvement in the application or only ours signature is fine?

And so did you get any confirmation that you have been an authorized contact now; instead of ur agent?

 

Also, I think u still might have to submit form Form 1193 Communicating by e-mail with the

department also.
