I wonder why people are beginning to loose trust in your company:wideeyed:. You then dive in with both feet on to a thread that is nothing at all to do with TA. If you are not responsible for client files, what exactly are clients paying for when they engage your firm? Surely you have some responsibility, particularly when (so far as I know - and please feel able to correct me if I'm wrong) the individuals concerned have a contract with your firm? Best regards. I would imagine that it should be immediately - I suspect that when they email to confirm they have received your change of correspondence details that they have already changed their system to place you as their contact. But I don't really know. Maybe ensure you mention that you have just changed contact details (and include the email address you gave) in the PLE just in case.
